ABGW - Amazing, Brilliant, Gorgeous, Wonderful
From struggle to strength, with care you can feel.
ABGW stands for Amazing, Brilliant, Gorgeous, Wonderful. ABGW helps women who feel “not quite happy” in a life that looks good on paper move from survival mode to self-led strength, with practical tools, gentle humour, and zero fluff.
ABGW is Amazing, Brilliant, Gorgeous, Wonderful: A Trauma-Aware Project by Cheryl Paris. I work with women who feel misaligned in a life that’s “fine” but not fulfilling. Through conversations, coaching prompts, and small doable practices, I help you move from constant coping to steady, self-led living. Gentle where it matters, firm where it counts, always respectful of your pace.
The names in shared stories have been changed to protect the privacy of individuals. Experiences are drawn from real events and are offered for reflection and education, not as medical or psychological advice. If you feel distressed, step away and seek appropriate support. Welcome back to ABGW, where we create a nurturing space for reflection and growth. I’m Cheryl, your guide on this journey towards recognising the subtle shifts that can make life feel more manageable.
In this invigorating episode, we explore the profound connection between our physical presence and our mental state. Have you ever noticed how walking with purpose can transform not only how you feel but also how you are perceived? It’s time to harness that power.
Confidence isn't about faking it; it's about embodying the version of you that exists beneath any anxiety or fear.
Imagine striding down the street, shoulders back, and head held high. This alignment sends a powerful message to both your unconscious mind and the world around you. When we move with intention, we assert our belonging and create a protective barrier against unwanted attention.
Today’s gentle prompt encourages you to let your movement reflect how you wish to feel. If anxiety creeps in, lift your head; if uncertainty arises, steady your pace. Remember, your body is always listening, and aligning your physicality with your desired mindset can create a ripple effect of positivity.
As we wrap up, take a moment to let these thoughts settle. You don’t have to act on them immediately; just allow them to resonate within you. And if you ever feel overwhelmed or need support, please know it's perfectly okay to reach out for professional help. You are not alone in this journey.
